We will do everything in our power to make your stay as pleasant and joyful as possible. Our vision is to make you feel right at home on your vacation and we are more than happy to give you recommendations on what you can see and do while you are here.
From the B&B you have access to the best the region has to offer such as: golf, hiking trails, plenty of beaches, cities with restaurants, shopping and a lot more. It is about a 30 minute drive to Faro airport and 5 minutes to the closest town.
It is also close to severeal historical and charming villages and towns such as Silves. Alte, Paderme and Loulé. Another beautiful place is the mountain town called Monchique where you can also do some hiking in the mountains with the same name.

About the B&B
Quinta da Romãzeira was once a small farm that today has changed character to a more modern accommodation. Here you breathe peace and quiet, sometimes you forget that our B&B is surrounded by a small village right on the edge of the Algarve mountains and just outside the city of S.B. de Messines, about 40 minutes from Faro Airport.
In addition to mountains, you will find large orange groves and many olive, almond and fig trees in the area, trees that are also in our garden along with a huge carob tree and a beautiful pomegranate tree. The latter welcomes you when you drive through the gate.
It is about 20-30 minutes to e.g. the sea and the beaches, other towns such as charming Loulé, cozy Portimão and historic Silves with its Moorish castle or one of the shopping centers available. The proximity to e.g. golf courses, vineyards, hiking trails mean you have the opportunity to be both active and to "just be".
There is a lot here, only your imagination can limit you and we are happy to help you put together your day trips, recommend places to eat or anything else you are wondering about. Everything for you to enjoy yourself and get the most out of your stay.
The accommodation is in the countryside so a car is needed to get to and from beaches, shopping, airport etc. Free parking is available in the yard and the accommodation is fenced. Currently, there are a total of 3 rental rooms and a continental breakfast is served daily
